Based on the classically styled C90, the touring-oriented Suzuki Boulevard C90T benefits from the originalmodel's technology and looks. But it's also decked out with a custom windshield, special seats and backrest,saddlebags and white-wall tires -- all as standard equipment.
Other highlights include a low, wide fuel tank with top-mounted speedometer, deeply chromed handlebar,multi-reflector headlamp, dual slash-cut mufflers, signature air cleaner and engine covers that accentuatethe big V-Twin engine. And of true Suzuki DNA lineage, the torquey 90-cubic-inch, V-Twin boasts the industry'sleading electronic-fuel-injection system with Suzuki's Dual Throttle Valve system, multi-hole fuel injectorsand 32-bit ECU for increased torque, smoothness and quicker throttle response. With peak torque atjust 2300 rpm and geared to spin a leisurely 2800 rpm at 65 mph, the big V-Twin employs reliable air/oilcooling,plated cylinders, hydraulic valve-lash adjusters, a five-speed transmission and shaft drive forenhanced reliability and simplified service.
The C90T's double-cradle steel frame is made of large-diameter, thin-walled tubing for maximum strengthand minimal weight. Suspension components include a 41mm front fork and preload-adjustable rear shockfor a plush and comfortable ride, while the whole package rolls on wide tires mounted on custom-styledcast-aluminum wheels with dual disc brakes up front and a single disc at the rear. And for rider comfort,there's a wide saddle with low 27.6-inch height, full floorboards with heel/toe shifter and ideal handlebarplacement.
